Programa

With an overarching theme of "Impulsando la innovación desde el descubrimiento hasta el acceso," the 7th Global Forum program covered the full spectrum of research and development, from basic and discovery research to diversify the TB vaccine pipeline through clinical research. With multiple candidates now advancing through late-stage clinical trials, we also explored strategies to ensure new TB vaccines reach the populations that most need them and to maximize the public health impact. This focus on end-to-end development provided a unique opportunity for participants to hear diverse perspectives and learn and engage with experts from across the field.

El programa del 7o Global Forum on TB Vaccines was developed around five thematic tracks. These thematic tracks align with the Marco estratégico para el desarrollo de una vacuna contra la tuberculosis en el Plan mundial para acabar con la tuberculosis 2023-2030, la EDCTP/AIGHD Hoja de ruta mundial para la investigación y el desarrollo de vacunas contra la tuberculosis, and the WHO's Marco global para prepararse para la introducción nacional de nuevas vacunas contra la tuberculosis para adolescentes y adultos.
