Participant support package
EUR 2,500
- Funds support the participation of an early-career researcher, researcher from a high-burden country, or an affected community representative
- Sponsors that choose this add-on will be acknowledged in sponsor materials as having provided participant support, in addition to other sponsor benefits
Notes about the participant support add-on:
- Funds will be used to support round-trip, economy-class airfare, hotel accommodations, registration fees, meals, ground transportation, visa-related expenses, and other incidental expenses.
- Sponsors may opt for multiple participant support add-ons.
- Because sponsorship funds are critical to hosting the 8th Global Forum and maintaining affordable registration fees, including discounted rates for students and participants from lower- and middle-income countries, participant support is offered exclusively as an add-on to an existing conference sponsorship package and cannot be purchased separately.
- Sponsors may identify the type of participant they wish to support (ECR, researcher from high-burden country, or affected community representative). The recipients of support funding are determined by the Organizers.

⁴Sponsors with these packages receive exclusive access to reserve up to three hours of private space for side meetings at the venue until two weeks before the Forum, after which time reservations will open to all attendees. Meeting space is subject to availability; advance reservations are required. A/V requirements beyond those provided in the meeting space are at the expense of the sponsor.
