This privacy statement covers the website located at, operated by the Stop TB Partnership Working Group on New Vaccines (“WGNV,” and together with the Global Forum Organizers, “we,” “our,” “us”) on behalf of the Global Forum on TB Vaccines organized by the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, Inc. (“IAVI”) and the Tuberculosis Vaccine Initiative (“TBVI”)(together, the “Global Forum Organizers”), and provides information about the personal information that we collect, and the ways in which we may use that personal information. We may update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in the future. When revised, the new Privacy Policy will be posted on our website and the “Last Updated” date below will reflect the date of the most recent amendments. Therefore, we encourage you to periodically visit our Privacy Policy to review the most recent policy. By using our site, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, as amended.

Subject to the Terms of Use, we provide the Website indiscriminately to visitors worldwide.

We do not knowingly contact or collect information from anyone under 13 years old. The Website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13.

WGNV and the Global Forum Organizers do not sell, trade, rent or share with third parties any Personal Data that you provide on or through the Website. In rare cases, WGNV or the Global Forum organizers may disclose Personal Data in connection with a lawful subpoena, court order, or other legal process (to comply with legal obligations).

V. How Do We Share Your Information?

We will use third-party services (data processes) to facilitate registration, email updates, and abstract submission for the Global Forum. The specific third parties we use, with links to their privacy policies, will be listed below when applicable:

  • Email Updates. General email updates are sent via MailChimp.
  • Website Forms. Data filled out on website forms are stored on a WordPress website hosted by FlyWheel.

We will use reasonable efforts to securely process your Personal Data in accordance with applicable law.
