Media credentials are offered to journalists or media representatives who are employed by or on assignment for a recognized print, radio, broadcast, online media outlet.
Only complete applications will be considered; the conference organizers may ask for further credentials if those provided are deemed insufficient.
The registration fee will be waived for members of the media who are granted media credentials. If credentials are granted, you will be required to register for the conference as a representative of the media. Only registered media will be permitted access to the 7th Global Forum.
Applications for media credentials will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis through 30 September 2024. Applicants will be notified if credentials have been granted within 3 business days of submitting their application.
Media credentials allow access to all sessions on the Global Forum program, the poster area, the mobile app and attendee website, and lunches and coffee breaks as designated on the program. Media representatives will also have access to on-demand content after the 7th Global Forum.
Media representatives are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. Travel and accommodation arrangements should be made only after media credentials have been granted.
