Registration Support

A limited number of discounted and waived registrations are available for students, post-docs, early career researchers, advocates, affected communities, and participants from low- and middle-income countries [1]. Requests for registration support from individuals who do not fall into one of these categories will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you would like to be considered for a discounted or waived registration, please fill out this form to confirm your eligibility. To allow us to provide as many registration support awards as possible, please only request registration support if you do not have any other source of funds to cover your registration fee.

Key Dates (updated)

Applications received by 15 March 2021 will be notified if they have been granted registration support by 31 March 2021.

Applications will continue to be accepted through 9 April 2021 and will be reviewed on a rolling basis. All applicants will be notified if they have been granted registration support by 16 April 2021.

Process

Applications will be reviewed after the submission deadline. In order to allow for diverse and balanced representation and participation, the review will consider multiple factors provided in this application, such as region, gender, and area of research or professional focus.  Applicants may receive either a reduced or waived registration.

Please note that submission of this application does not guarantee registration support.

Do not register for the Global Forum if you are requesting a discounted or waived registration. No refunds will be granted for previously paid registrations.
