The Global Forum and its organizers, including Aeras, disclaim any responsibility or liability for any such cancellation and no claims for compensation can be lodged against the Global Forum or its organizers, including Aeras, for such cancellation. If the maximum participant capacity is reached, the conference organizers reserve the right to refuse additional registrations.
